Recently formed in early 2008,The MMCC meets at the Glenforsa Hotel on the first Friday of the month at 8pm(ish).

At the MMCC`s AGM in June,Lynn was again voted in as Chairperson.Formerly a member of East Durham mcc she is no stranger to the Biking scene.Paul Hodgson remains as Club Secretary, Treasurer is Dave Mountfield,Brendon wanted to be President so we said ok,no one really knows why he wanted to be President... Rally /Social Secretary is Alasdair Ingram.

Plans for a Bike Rally were discussed for 2009,the location to remain on the Island, with a marquee ,music,BBQ,Poker Run,and Rodeo planned for the event. There will be 120 tickets available,pre-book in advance,as there is already a good interest from other clubs and individuals from around the country please dont leave it till the last minute to book your ticket as you may be disappointed. The tickets are priced at £12.The date is to be similar to this year 11/12/13th September 2009,the Antler rally the weekend before and the Squires rally the weekend after to test the stamina of man and machine! BMF (British Motorcycle Federation) affiliation for 2009 was also voted in,mainly to gain insurance cover for the MMCC to hold any events during 2009, it will also offer other benefits to its members. Club clothing is also being priced etc and will be made available via the website/club members when it arrives with us.

A bank account is being arranged for the MMCC,however the bank is concerned that it may be used for money-laundering so the process is not straightforward !
The Rules for membership of the Mull Motorcycle Club are as follows:
1) No Rules allowed. (membership payments are expected and will be used by the club for the club)
The MMCC is open to all age`s,gender, types of motorcycle.Aims of the Club at this point in time include organising runs to various locations and motorcycle events around the UK.

Bike runs, events and other dates that would be of interest to members will be posted on the club calender as information becomes available.
There is also a good interest in Trials bikes on the Island of Mull, the Lanarkshire MC hold their 2 Day National event on the 14th of july at Kinloch on the south end of Mull. The number of entries has been held at 100 for this popular event.Steven Bryce and Roland Crichton having the qualifications and willingness to set up the sections for the event has no doubt helped in its success over the years. With the numbers of off-road bikes and quads on the island there will be scope for further develpment in that area in the future of the MMCC.
The website will be under constant construction/updating for the forseeable future.Any content and or features, photos you would like to see please contact us.
